Walk- Talk Therapy
Still therapy, just outside! Instead of sitting in the office, we’ll take our conversation to the trail and walk at a relaxed, natural pace. Think of it as everything you'd expect from a regular session, just with fresh air and forward motion.

Why do therapy while walking?
For many people, it feels easier to open up when their body is moving. Walking side by side can feel more relaxed and less intimidating than sitting face to face, creating a natural flow to conversation. Being outdoors also has a calming effect on the nervous system, helping to reduce stress and regulate mood. Movement can support clearer thinking, deeper insight, and more natural emotional processing — making walk and talk therapy a powerful alternative to traditional sessions.
