At Beyond Happiness, we’re a group counselling practice supporting teens, adults, couples, and new parents through a wide range of concerns — both in person in Kitchener-Waterloo and virtually across Ontario.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some arrive with a clear idea of what they want to work on. Others simply know that something feels off and want support making sense of it.
Both are welcome here.
