Recognizing that we are each the expert in our own lives, I will meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you, at your pace, to identify challenges and set goals. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and offer approaches that resonate with you and best fit your unique needs and personalized goals.

Providing a non-judgemental space where you can feel safe and heard, I engage the therapeutic relationship with warmth, compassion, curiosity, creativity, and an open mind. Working together, I will help explore your underlying needs and provide strategies to help you build the skills you desire to move beyond the hurdles that stand in the way of living your life on your terms.

I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.  I hold a Master of Social Work degree from University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Renison University College.  I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Social Development Studies and a Specialization in Social Work from University of Waterloo.

As an experienced therapist with a background in mental health, mediation, public health care, and the legal system, I provide individual therapy for adults and youth (16+) for a variety of life's challenges. My experience includes working with individuals to assist with a wide variety of challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, stress and anger management, separation and divorce, parenting, interpersonal relationship, communication, family dynamics, conflict, grief, illness, life transitions, caregiver fatigue, life balance, self- confidence, self-esteem, and boundaries, among others.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dogs, playing golf, hiking, reading, travelling, and gardening.

It would be an honour and a privilege to walk alongside you on your path toward wellness.
